On Friday 28th September an earthquake of 7.5 magnitude occurred at a shallow depth of 6.2 miles north of Palu, Indonesia. The tremor triggered a 3-meter tsunami that hit beaches in the cities of Palu and Donggala.
Nearly 400 have been killed and many thousands have been injured and made homeless. Reports are still coming in of the impact of the disaster on remote communities further up the coast from Palu and closer to the quake's epicenter.
Humanity First Disaster Relief needs your help in funding our relief efforts in the region to provide aid such as tents, medicines, medical personnel, tarpaulins, blankets. Please try and support our appeal.
