Disaster Response Course
Training for Volunteers
29 - 31 March 2019
Hilton Hotel, Leicester
About the Course
Humanity First Medical disaster response teams have been responding to disasters around the globe for the last 25 years. As a result of this experience Humanity First developed a Medical disaster response course to train its volunteers in best practice in the field of disaster response.
Our team includes experts in the field of search and rescue, fire, ambulance, surgery, public health and paediatrics, and they bring the expertise of their experience responding to disasters including the recent earthquakes in Pakistan, Haiti and Nepal as well as the recent Tsunami in Indonesia.
Interested in joining Humanity First's Global Health program? HF's Disaster Response Course is a great way to get involved. The course is designed to prepare you to work in one of the most extreme environments and is the best way to get to know HF and our teams. Our next DR course will be held at the Hilton Hotel Leicester on 29 - 31st March 2019 and costs £260 (£190 concession available to nurses and allied health professionals). Click here to register and secure your place. A £50 deposit is required to reserve your place.
